Ron Scherl
A professional photographers since 1973 Ron’s coverage of the performing arts through the 1970s and 1980s includes extensive coverage of the San Franciso Opera house productions, Broadway plays and subsequent touring productions. An early exponent of digital imaging Ron worked in the digital imaging and color management of images of the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art.
Ron’s editorial and commercial photography has been commissioned by a wide range of clients including Time, Newsweek, Fortune, Forbes and the New York Times.
Currently living in Paris he travels widely, lecturing at industry conferences and instructing physicians on photographic principles and techniques: whilst continuing to photograph the performing arts
